About

This is the website of Pete Eyre, just another individual working to advance the voluntary society.

Pete went to school for law enforcement but ultimately concluded that he could have a bigger impact through other avenues. After four years working in the libertarian think tank world in DC he hit the road with Motorhome Diaries and later Liberty On Tour. He’s now active with Free Keene and Cop Block.

Pete believes individuals should be free to act so long as they don’t initiate force against others. He strongly advocates for self-government – something most of the content on this blog will reflect. Other posts will touch on his other interests – metal, exercise, etc.

For more, check out his essay ‘A’ Was For America: My Journey to Voluntaryism.

you say “Most folks wouldn’t purposefully lie or hurt others, but if a mind absent of critical thinking is fed misinformation 24/7, fiction becomes fact. 2 + 2 = 5.” – but you probably spread lies every day and hurt others. I find that both far right and far left are very truthfully challenged especially with regards to health care, taxes, Fukushima and depleted uranium.
